Newer flashes are on top. If the flash doesn't start playing, Firefox is being gay. (O wait fixed in Firefox 3?) Close the player window and click the link again and it'll work. Oh and Porpz just informed me that it doesn't work if you use IE Tab for Firefox (and are rendering the page in IE)
